Soft Rock

“A Soft Rock” is a playful form that invites visitors to use their imagination. Nestled amongst natural rocks in the park, the sculpture brings a splash of technicolor to the organic environment. The sculpture is painted with brightly colored soft rectangles that evoke abstractions of land striations and sediment layers. “A Soft Rock” merges the park’s environment with an unexpected pop of bright color.
The accompanying stamp can be used to draw in your imagined soft rock into the outline of the rock form.

A well known park in Dublin, Ohio that allows public access to the river, trails and picnic areas. This park is home to the quarry where much of the stone for Dublin’s buildings were sourced.
