Through the Community Arts Grants program, Dublin Arts Council supports artistic programming that engages the Dublin, OH community and aligns with our mission to engage the community, cultivate creativity, and foster life-long learning through the arts.

Funding source: City of Dublin’s Hotel/Motel Tax (total can vary from year to year)

Average Grant Amount: $2,500 – $5,000

Total Given Since 2014: $340,000+ to 70+ projects

 

A committee composed of Dublin Arts Council board members read and review the grants, using a grant evaluation rubric.

Eligibility Guidelines

 

Eligible: 

• Registered 501(c)(3) organizations

• Provide a specific arts programming proposal (all disciplines welcome)

• Grant activities directly impact the Dublin, Ohio community

• Grant activities take place between Jan 1 – Dec 31, 2027

• Have additional financial support beyond Dublin Arts Council

• Align with Dublin Arts Council's mission and anti-discrimination policy​

 

Not Eligible: 

• Individuals

• Fiscal agents

• K-12 schools or universities

• Programs and grant activities with the primary purpose of presenting political or religious ideologies. 

• More than one application per organization
