The B.R.E.A.D! Festival features a global marketplace where visitors can browse and purchase an array of items, including artwork, jewelry, food and more. Learn more about this year’s global marketplace vendors below!

 

International and Local Handcrafts, Art, and More: 

 

BEAMS in Guatemala: BEAMS in Guatemala is a non-profit organization that operates with fair-trade principals. They sell beautifully beaded jewelry and textiles. All items are created by Guatemalan Mayan artisans. These artisans benefit from your purchase, as BEAMS in Guatemala will furnish medical and educational supplies, provide scholarships, and assist with health and hygiene issues in Guatemala.

 

Sparkles in my Wardrobe: Sparkles in my Wardrobe will be selling hand-crafted jewelry made from semi-precious and synthetic stones. Pieces they create include necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. Their eye-catching items are full of color and sure to be the center of attention!

 

Dragon Ikka: Dragon Ikka is a Japanese art vendor that will have a variety of items available for purchase. Stop by their vendor booth and check out their incredible calligraphy art or handmade jewelry!

 

Ana Costello: Ana Costello will be selling Mexican arts and crafts, including jewelry, textiles and ceramics.

 

Art by Garima: Garima Bhardwaj is a self-taught artist who strives to make art visible. Growing up in India, living in Japan, and now residing in Dublin, her art is influenced by the hues of her travels. She paints colorful, uplifting works that are sure to inspire all.

 

Henna Fashions: Henna Fashions will be selling a variety of Indian goods. Some of their items include Henna tattoos, jewelry, accessories, clothing, lotions, and photography. Henna Fashions’ traditional Indian jewelry can be worn for all occasions!

 

Global Gallery: Global Gallery is dedicated to promoting fair-trade, handcrafted products from around the world while developing cultural enrichment through educational workshops and social events. They have a great collection of artworks you won’t want to miss!

 

YADANA: Thazin Nu will be selling beautiful jade jewelry and carvings.

 

Peter Adongo: You won’t want to miss Peter Adongo’s West African artworks!

 

Robin Neumeier: Robin Neumeier creates local, handmade jewelry. Some items include bracelets, earrings, and necklaces, which are created using Swarovski beads and stones. All available items range in price from $5 to $75.

 

World Peaces: World Peaces is a fair-trade company that sells accessories, clothing, and everything in between! Their sustainably produced items are created through ethical trading partnerships around the world. Visit this vendor to support artisans through sustainable purchases.

 

Women Crafting Change: Women Crafting Change is a program that applies artisan cooperative strategies to empower women through the arts. This enterprise is designed for women who have difficulty accessing traditional employment. At the festival, WCC will be selling handmade coasters, bracelets, bags, and clutches.

 

Breads, Sweets, and Accompaniments:

 

Made Without Grain: Made Without Grain will be selling grain-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free baking mixes, including dark chocolate brownie mix, blondie mix, pizza dough mix, and cracker mix. Everyone will be sure to love these bake-it-yourself items!

 

Sharon’s Delicious Breads: Sharon’s Delicious Breads will offer a variety of unique bread flavors to buy. Some of these flavors include cranberry cinnamon bread, tomato basil garlic bread, and pineapple lemon walnut bread.

 

JNA Bread Bakery: JNA Bread Bakery makes breakfast loaves, tea loaves, and both savory and sweet handcrafted artisan bread. These decadent creations are perfect for any occasion!

 

Allison’s Challah: Challah is a traditional bread made to celebrate Jewish Sabbath and holidays, but Allison’s sweet, rich bread is made to be enjoyed by any and everyone! Make sure to try some at Allison’s Challah.

 

Smidge and Pinch, Nanny and Weebs: Smidge and Pinch, a local bakery supply store, will be providing sugar cookies to be decorated for $2 each. Kids will love creating their own edible cookie art! Smidge and Pinch will also have a small selection of cookie cutters and sprinkles available for purchase. In addition, Nanny and Weebs, a special occasion cookie company, will be selling delicious cookies! These intricately designed treats are as fun to look at as they are to eat.

 

Other:

 

SWACO: SWACO will be providing reusable grocery bags for free. While benefitting the environment in an effort to reduce plastic waste, these bags can be reused again and again. SWACO will also be providing an activity for kids, so be sure to stop by!

 

Dublin Food Pantry: The Dublin Food Pantry provides for the needs of hungry people by collecting and distributing food and grocery products, educating the community about hunger, and collaborating with others who address basic human needs. At B.R.E.A.D! Festival, Dublin Food Pantry strives to highlight the diversity not just at their pantry, but in the community of Dublin.
