Dublin Arts Council will open the 2020 Visual Arts Series with the 18th annual emerging exhibition of artwork by K-12 and postsecondary students in the Dublin City Schools attendance area. The exhibition will be on display in Dublin Arts Council’s (DAC) gallery, 7125 Riverside Dr., in Dublin from Jan. 7 through Feb. 21, 2020.
