Jonah Jacobs creates sculptures comprised of many small nodules which he crafts from materials like cardboard, plaster, sand and more. You’ll learn how to do the same thing, and emerge with your own sculpture.
- No artistic training or expertise is required.
- Open to all skill levels, and to ages 10+. If participant is ages 10-13, please come with an adult.
- Wear clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty
This workshop is the first one of the day. You’re welcome to attend both and spend a day full of art at DAC.

Nature Walk + Artist Talk with Karen Snouffer

Explore the grounds of Dublin Arts Council, home to public artworks and a path along the Scioto River, with artist Karen Snouffer. Snouffer will focus on embodied experiences, meditation, and how we interact with art and nature. Then, she’ll end with a short artist talk about her installation, Turkey Tail Magic.
- Open to ages 10+. If participant is ages 10-13, please come with an adult
- Wear clothes (and shoes) in which you can move and walk comfortably
