Inspiration for creativity and mindfulness for all ages
During this time while we are working together to #FlattenTheCurve, it’s vitally important to keep the mind healthy, showing yourself compassion in isolation, and finding simple ways to connect and support one another. It’s a challenge to not get swept up in anxiety or in facing the challenges of working remotely and dealing with children who are at home from school.
The arts are an essential dimension of individual and community wellness. We need the arts now more than ever, to remind us of our better selves and to help us to support each other with creativity and compassion. The arts are an essential dimension of community wellness.
As a reminder, if you go outside, be sure to practice the CDC’s recommended guidelines for disinfecting and social distancing.
