Messages of hope, perseverance and personal recovery from mental illness or substance abuse are illuminated in Recovery Art: A Group Exhibition of Local Artists in Recovery at Dublin Arts Council, 7125 Riverside Dr., in Dublin, Oct. 3 through Nov. 7. The exhibition opens with a reception Tuesday, Oct. 7 from 6 to 8 p.m. The exhibition is underwritten by the Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Board of Franklin County (ADAMH) with curatorial assistance from ALTernative, a Columbus-based artists’ collaborative.
