emerging is Dublin Arts Council’s popular annual exhibition of artwork created by students who live within Dublin City Schools’ attendance area. The juried exhibition includes Best of Show and cash awards in four categories from kindergarten through grade 12. The exhibition includes 43 works of art by 28 students and is on view on DAC’s main gallery through Sept. 13.
