Residents of central Ohio have surely passed by one of the Robert Mullins kinetic sculptures commissioned by companies and communities.

The North Star, at the northwest corner of I-71 and Polaris Parkway, is distinctive with its simple star shape, reflective stainless steel and wind-powered motion.

The exhibit “Robert Mullins: Kinetic Sculpture,” at the Dublin Arts Council, examines his many public art projects in the Columbus area.
