All caterers and vendors are required to be approved in advance before being permitted access to the Dublin Arts Center facility and grounds. Given below is a list of preferred caterers that have demonstrated a high level of professionalism and respect for unique historical settings. A 15% facility fee on food and beverage costs will be assessed for any caterer listed on the Dublin Arts Council preferred caterer list. A 25% facility fee on food and beverage costs will be assessed for any caterer not on the preferred caterer’s list. The caterer will pay the facility fee directly to Dublin Arts Council. If client chooses to work with a caterer not on this list, Dublin Arts Council must approve the caterer in advance prior to the client signing a contract with the caterer.
